Rocky Acres Farm is a true family farm. This land has been in my family for almost 100 years. I started selling live pigs about 20 years ago and then added chickens and now eggs and beef. I farm without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. I personally provide about 95% of all labor and assure you that every egg you buy will have been handled and packed by me. The hens are presently housed in an open air barn with plenty of outside access. I do not grow grain, but I try to purchase it locally. The feed contains corn, sunflower seed, millet, and sometimes wheat and milo if it’s available locally. Eggs that you pickup on Wednesday will have been produced on Tuesday.
