While we do not grow the beans here, we most certainly do only offer all organic and fair trade freshly roasted coffee. We offer a dark-roasted custom blend of Indonesian/Sumatran arabica beans with just a smack of Guatemala Robusta beans for a nice caffeine boost with that creamy finish. We call it Vigilance and it is available as whole bean in both 1 lb. or 1/2 lb. bags. We also offer a decaffeinated dark-roasted Sumatra, as well.
