Carrell Farms, Inc. is a grass-based, sustainable livestock operation in Monroe, GA. We primarily raise Asian water buffalo and sometimes have available lamb and alpaca. We treat our animals with love and respect, not antibiotics, hormones, or pesticides. Our animals live a specie-appropriate lifestyle and are humanely harvested — you can taste the grass fed goodness in our meats! We are USDA inspected and our meat comes frozen and vacuum sealed.
